These terms apply to services from Silver Fox Productions LLC, doing business as Charlotte Real Estate Media (“CREM”), including bookings made on our website and our text messaging program.

SMS / text messaging terms

• Program: Charlotte Real Estate Media booking and customer care messages.
• What you'll get: appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling and rescheduling messages, photographer arrival updates, delivery notices when your photos and videos are ready, and replies to questions you text us.
• How you opt in: by checking the “Yes, text me about this order” box when you book on our website, or by texting our business number first. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• Message frequency varies based on your bookings (usually a few messages per appointment).
• Msg & data rates may apply.
• Opt out: reply STOP at any time. You'll get one message confirming you're unsubscribed, and no more texts after that. Reply START to opt back in.
• Help: reply HELP, email booking@charlotterealestatemedia.com, or call (980) 580-8047.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• We never use your number for third-party marketing. See our Privacy Policy.

Bookings

When you book, you agree to provide accurate property and access details. We'll confirm your appointment time. Please contact us as early as possible to reschedule or cancel.

CREM Hub (team app)

CREM Hub at cremhub.app is the app our team uses to run bookings, shoots, messages and deliveries. Access is limited to people we invite. Connecting a Google Calendar is optional, can be undone at any time, and is covered by our Privacy Policy.
